Here's an interactive map of MPs who provide video content to google video. At the moment Labour tend to provide more content to Google Video where the Tories provide content to Youtube. The Liberal Democrats being true to form post to both sites.
At the moment the site only works with Google Video, but no real technical reason why Youtube and others can't be added soon.
